Now feel, think and imagine you have a table in front of you with fruits and vegetables that are very good for your body. Imagine and feel eating those fruits and vegetables, you will eat moderately. You are aware how much you eat. Allow this habit of eating moderately grow stronger and stronger in you.

You are relaxed and feeling good. Food is less important to you. Looking thinner and slimmer is more important to you. You feel proud when people admire and appreciate your for your attractive looks. Imagine your stomach flat. Feel this feeling; allow this feeling grow stronger and stronger.

Now motivate yourself to change all negative habits into good eating habits. Allow the sense of confidence of your new eating habit flow through you. You begin to experience healthy and positive.

You allow these positive suggestions grow stronger and stronger feeling at peace and with a sense of well being. Imagine, feel and think you are thinner and thinner, slimmer and slimmer.

3. Awakening from Hypnosis

To come out of self-hypnosis, you can count up from one to three and open your eyes completely alert, wide awake, refreshed, revitalized and feeling better than before.

Now count from one to three and open your eyes feeling better than before.
