STEP 1. Think about the goal that you want to achieve and picture that you already achieved it:
Ask your self what are the factors that helped you to succeed? Visualize yourself doing that behavior. Examine the expression of your face, your body posture and vibration deriving from your from your eyes as your behaving in the way that leads you to success. Make this picture as clear and as real as possible.
STEP 2. If you find it difficult to visualize the factors that led you to success, try out the following:
- Go back the time when you were successful by using the same behavior.
- Visualize some other person who has successfully used the desired, model this person.
- Picturize your behavior as you are only half way away from your goal. This would make visualization easier.
STEP 3. Now step into the visualized picture of successful you. Notice how it feels like.
STEP 4. Remember the time when you achieved the similar goal. Compare the past feelings with the feelings that you are visualizing now.
STEP 5. Compare with the past success: If your visualized success feels more powerful than the remembered one from your past, think what you could add to make your goal equally satisfying. If possible, try to make alterations and modifications to your goal until you experience the same feelings of satisfaction.
STEP 6. Step into your success once again. After enriching and altering your visualization behavior, try it with more perfection by mentally stepping into it once more. Visualize this whenever you think you need positive visualization to stand ahead of all.
