Every woman wants to have beautiful, glowing skin. Cosmetic companies all over the world make millions of dollars every year by selling products that promise glowing skin. A woman with glowing skin is often the envy of other women. And men admire women with glowing skin.

To have beautiful skin you have to feel beautiful within. You have to eat healthy and exercise right. What you probably don’t know is that hypnosis can help you make physical changes in your body. This helps you improve the condition of your skin.

A lot of us have bad skin –either too oily or too dry. Oily skin is prone to pimples and is shiny even after you wash it. Dry skin on the other hand looks equally bad and also feels rough to touch. The main reason for bad skin is emotional stress and also hormonal imbalance.

Hypnosis helps you control stress so that the stress doesn’t show on your face. Hypnosis relaxes you and helps control stress. No one can avoid stress, as stress is a part and parcel of life. But what we can do is control stress rather than let stress control us. Hypnosis helps us control and manage our stress so that it no longer controls us. And when stress is reduced the immune system becomes stronger All the external factors that cause stress and release excessive hormones are controlled.

Hypnosis has the ability to completely relax individuals and to put the body in a state where stress signals are quieted. Everyone experiences stress, so it is unrealistic to avoid it. What needs to be learned and is accomplished through hypnosis is the management of stress. When stress is reduced, the immune system is stronger against external factors and signals that release excessive hormones are quieted internally.

So by learning to relax through Hypnosis can help you have that glowing skin that will make you the envy of all.

Playing any game has a lot to do with mindset and confidence. The more confident you are the more are your chances of doing well in your chosen game. This is true to the game of golf as well. Read on about how hypnosis will help you do well in golf.

Playing Golf has a lot to do with skill and psyche. This is the main reason how hypnosis can help you win your golf game. Hypnosis helps you improve your concentration and strengthen your mind and psyche; thereby helping you do well while playing golf. If you have a lot of problems in life that you are not able to cope up with then this affects your golf game as well. Hypnosis helps you to relax and take control of your mind and helps you focus on your game as well.

You might wonder how hypnosis will help you win a game but believe me if done the right way hypnosis will definitely help you win in golf. Golf is a strategy game and hypnosis is also a strategy that works. Through hypnosis you are able to plan and organize your game strategy, reduce your stress levels and also get rid of negative thoughts. A hypnotic session is usually done when you are totally relaxed. This is to get the best results. Usually these hypnotic sessions are performed at bedtime.

What the hypnotic session does is to help you create a feeling or vision in your mind of acting in a particular way that brings about changes in your thoughts and actions. This is true not only to golf but to other areas of your life as well. In golf hypnosis you start to envision yourself as being in good form, perform the correct swings and get the hole-in-one, which is what all golfers want. But hypnosis alone will not increase your skill in golf without you putting a substantial amount of practicing. What hypnosis does is to make your more confident about your game and change your mindset to that of a good golfer.

A self-hypnosis program helps you to remove all obstacles to a winning golf game. All you have to do is listen to the program for a few weeks. This helps you to get rid of all the fears and anxieties that you have about your game. You can remove all the stresses and anxieties that you have about your game. You start thing of yourself as a winner and you start performing well in your golf game.

Often there are events in our life that fill us with a sense of sadness that just doesn’t seem to go away. But with Hypnosis we can change the way we think and feel. Hypnosis helps us control sadness and depression. It shows us the path to happiness and more positive thinking, thereby leading to a more happy life.

According to statistics a lot of Americans will have some form of depression in their lives. But only half of those classified as “depressed” actually seek professional help. So it is difficult to get an accurate picture or the exact numbers of how many people are really depressed. But the numbers are staggering. If you feel that you are the only person feeling depressed, you are wrong. Remember that you are not alone

The number of people that are depressed is believed to have to do with socioeconomic changes in the world, except for the few cases of people with chemical imbalances. If you feel little sad now and again is normal, but if you are sad all the time then its time to seek help and hypnosis is the right choice for you.

People with depression experience a loss of energy and joy in life. They also lose interest in activities they once enjoyed, or find themselves aloof from previously enjoyable relationships and associations. They feel “lost” But with Hypnosis you can gain what is lost to depression. Hypnosis does this by making suggestions for having a different attitude or mindset.

Hypnosis also helps you change your attitude to your outlook to life. Attitude exists only in our mind. Hypnosis changes a negative attitude to a positive attitude. You start thinking more positively. You start seeing the world differently.

Hypnosis works well with attitude adjustments. This is because often the only obstacle to a good attitude is a cluttered and confused mind. Hypnosis helps to organize and change the focus of your thoughts, so that they are turned into a positive attitude. You start experiencing a calm and an inner peace that you were lacking for so long.

A lot of people who are sad or negative have a tough time relaxing. Hypnosis works by helping you relax. For hypnosis to be effective you should completely shut out other stimuli in the room. The best time for hypnosis is usually right before going to sleep at night. Make sure the room is quiet and dark and you are able to completely relax. This feeling of relaxation is akin to the feeling you have just before you drift off to sleep. Once you reach this relaxed state then hypnosis shows you a new way of thinking and looking at things by suggesting to the receptive mind a new way of seeing things. So now you start seeing things in a different light and also start thinking more positively.

One thing you must keep in mind is that Hypnosis does not change who you are or change your personality in any undesirable way.

We always have a vision about the future. When we think about
our future we have images, we see ourselves as succeeding or
failing in life. Many of us are not really satisfied with what
we are doing in life. We feel frustrated as we have different
kinds of expectations.

There are people who want to successfully stop smoking or kick
out of a bad habit but are unable to do it. Some of them are
unhappy with their choice of job or about their relationship.
let us give you some pointers on how you can identify what you
want from life and on those things, which you want to let go.

You have to stop and assess the present life and figure out
what you really want in your life. Do not focus too heavily
on them initially.

Once you have identified the things that you would love to
remove from your life maybe like your current job you can
take the next step and identify those things that you want
to continue in the future. Identify the good things in your
life, which make you feel happy like good health, intimate
friendships, a family who loves you, a job of your choice
etc.

You may want to quit your current job and spend time to
further your studies or to pursue your hobbies.

After you have made your mind clear about the things you
want to retain in your life and the things that you want
to avoid then you can identify what you want to achieve
in your future. You could think about those things or people
that you want to be certainly associated with in the near
future.

It may be a loving relationship, or a work, which
gives you satisfaction, or personal development, family,
or relatives you are close to. All those things and people,
which give you happiness in life. Initially you are choosing
the things on a large scale.

The next step would be to think on a smaller scale, those
specific things, which make your life more fulfilling and
meaningful. It may be being outdoors, learning something
new or working with certain people. Let your unconscious
mind set a target as ‘fulfilling work’ and then you will
know when you have got it.

To realize your dreams you need to make your mind clear
about what you really want and one you realize that you
can begin to work in that direction. NLP is what is helping
you to program your mind to achieve what you want in life.

…………………………………………………………
You can learn all the techniques to improve your communication,
confidence and self esteem with this powerful course.

Go and download. It is just for you…

http://www.hypnosisglobal.com/nlp

I have trained hundreds of thousands of people in my seminars and
workshops with practical demonstrations on how to induce hypnosis
successfully. And during the course of my 30 years of experience
practicing hypnosis, I have come across countless people asking for
tips for hypnotic induction since most of them have failed in one
way or the other in Inducing Hypnosis successfully.

The problems these inexperienced hypnotists face while inducing
hypnosis and the advise that I had given to countless of them are
provided here so that this article will form as basis for the
newbie hypnotists to practically learn and implement how to induce
hypnosis successfully at first attempt.

The understanding between the hypnotist and the subject is very
crucial. And to establish this compatibility, the hypnotists must
spell out exactly what he is going to do with the subject as well
as what is expected from the subject. The rapport further can be
established with these points:

a.The hypnotist must also dispel all misconceptions that there
will not be any unconsciousness, the subject can wake up easily,
and that he will not reveal the secrets.
b.The hypnotist should advise the subject concentrate on the
suggestion given to him.
c.He should also stress that subject’s wishes will be followed in
formulating suggestions.

What I have also found in most hypnotists is lack of confidence in
their ability to induce hypnosis, this reflects dramatically in the
subjects mind simply because the subject picks up this insecurities
and hesitancy of the hypnotist with the suggestions. Therefore, it
is very imperative that the hypnotist believes in himself and
approaches with a positive attitude expecting a successful
induction.

The suggestions are meant to be based on basic common sense and
logic avoiding deception. This is where the difference between
controlling and fooling the subject lies.

Now I am going to reveal the 10 most useful, practical and potent
tips to achieve a successful hypnotic induction:

1.First and foremost, there is no such thing as good subject or
bad subject (people being hypnotized). Hypnotizibility depends on
the fear the subject has. If there is no fear in the mind of the
subject deep stage of hypnosis is possible. It is always better to
remove all fears before beginning the induction process.

2.When you start hypnotizing somebody do that with suggestibility
tests like “hand clasp test, falling backward, falling forward, arm
catalepsy test,”. These tests are very easy to use. The success in
these simple tests will create a belief in you that you will do
better in advanced techniques.

3.The subject receives and follows the suggestions when he is
completely comfortable during the induction process. He could lose
focus and interrupt the induction process if he feels a slightest
discomfort or inconvenience. These interruptions become obstacles
leading to an inevitable failure. Therefore the location and
seating should be comfortable. Unavoidable external sounds or
distractions can be used as reinforcement in induction.

4.Remarks such as this is also very helpful “If you follow my
simple XYZ suggestions, such as looking at a place where I point,
or closing your eyes, counting yourself, imaging, thinking,
feeling, that your legs are getting heavier and heavier, you will
follow other more complex suggestions.

5.One more technique that I found very effective is as follows
“The ability to achieve hypnosis is within you. I do not hypnotize
you. You do. I will not force you into hypnosis. However, if you
really wish to be hypnotized at your own pace and by your own
effort, all you have to do is to follow the XYZ suggestions. If you
follow these in sequence, you should readily develop a nice,
pleasant state of relaxation, provided that you really wish to
reach the ultimate goal of very, very deep relaxation”.

6.It is always better to repeat words like relax, going deeper and
deeper into relaxation. This increases relaxation.

7.It is better to first build simple suggestions of ideosensory
and ideomotor sequentially followed by advanced ones. This process
is helps to remove voluntary movements and favorable to hypnotic
relaxation. For example “With each breath (ideomotor) you take and
every number you count backward (ideosensory), you will allow
yourself to go deeper and deeper relaxation..

8.To facilitate the process of acceptance of suggestions it would
be a better idea to reinforce a psychological suggestion
(ideosensory) by a physiological effect, such as lightly stroking
limb.

9.Go slow when giving suggestions allowing ample time for each
suggestion to be absorbed.

10.Never ever tell the subject that he was difficult to induce.
Always use positive words such as “You did a fantastic job, and you
will do a better job next time”.

11.It is perfectly normal that some people are difficult to go
into hypnosis. Never blame them for this. Instead of condemning for
the failure, give them a pat on the back and say a few words of
encouragement.

12.Now you will learn a simple technique on how to hypnotize
successfully in first attempt. Don’t tell the person that you are
hypnotizing him. You can use progressive relaxation. Look for the
sign and when the person is in a relaxed state give him a positive
suggestion that would be beneficial for him.

And awaken him by giving him specific instructions such as..

“I’m now going to awaken you by counting from 1 to 3. On the
counting of 3, you will awaken, feeling good, refreshed & rested as
a result of these brief minutes of deep hypnosis relaxation. It is
amazing what a few minutes of hypnosis can do to you. Now, 1…
coming out slowly, 2… yes, coming out now, 3…open your eyes
feeling light refreshed and revitalized happy and cheerful, feeling
much better than before.

After the subject opens his eyes ask him how much time he was under
hypnosis, he will say a few minutes. He says that because you gave
him a suggestion during awakening [a few minutes of deep hypnosis
relaxation] but actually the time is more than a few minutes.

You can show him the watch to prove it. This is the power of
suggestions.

Always remember these points, whenever you induce hypnosis and be
confident of yourself. Confidence is the key.

Follow these tips and try the next time. I’m sure you will come up
with flying colors.

How to become a Master of Hypnosis.

In less than one hour from now you’ll be able
to put a person into a genuine hypnotic trance!

In fact… In less that one hour you’ll know
more about hypnosis than most Professional Hypnotherapists!

Most people struggle with their fears and phobias. Hypnosis offers
a very natural and effective cure for treating fears and phobias.
Hypnosis by way of mental and physical relaxation helps you to
train your mind to react differently to your fears and phobias.
Deep relaxation lowers your blood pressure, which in turn reduces
the tension in your muscles and brain. Hypnosis reduces the amount
of stress related hormones, which help your body to return to its
normal state.

The technique, which is used in Hypnosis is that, the conscious
part of the brain is subdued so that the subconscious portion is
upfront and becomes accessible to the hypnotist. Then the Hypnotist
reprograms your subconscious mind and you absorb all the
instructions without thinking about it. The subconscious mind is
responsible for all those activities which you do automatically
like driving a car. It controls your heart rate, your breathing
without being dependent on the conscious mind. The conscious mind,
which is the rational mind, takes a back seat.

Fears and phobias are learned behaviors. The Hypnotist can help you
overcome them by helping you to relate it to something funny. After
the session you may feel that the fears and phobias were nothing of
great importance. It helps you to tune out of the worries and
doubts and you feel more free and relaxed. Hypnosis is often
compared to daydreaming, as the people in this state of mind feel
uninhibited.

Hypnosis could be an advisable therapy with the help of which you
can master your fears and phobias. It can help you reduce your

Hypnosis was used many years ago to cure people from illnesses, to
stop smoking, for breaking particular bad habits and for building
confidence levels. By imagining our lives to be different that what
it actually is can help make changes, which may be difficult
otherwise. For Hypnosis to succeed the subject should be willing to
get hypnotized by the practitioner and must have faith in it
otherwise we cannot get the desired results.

All forms of Hypnosis are self-hypnosis. If you learn the basics,
your very first effort of Self Hypnosis will make a difference to
your life. However, the most important step to Hypnosis is
research, learning and improving the techniques you follow.
Learning about the subject from the Internet, what you can expect
from it. Without any knowledge about the subject it is unlikely
that you master the art of Self Hypnosis.

The fir step when you are beginning is to find a suitable place,
which is calm and quiet. You need not lie down as you may fall
asleep and that is not hypnosis. You should recite or chant a
mantra or certain personal words or sayings, which you keep on
repeating. This would help your mind to concentrate. You will feel
your brain relaxing, as you will be thinking only of those words,
which you will be saying.

After you have finished you can tell yourself that you have reached
a beautiful state of relaxation of the mind and body. You start
counting one to five to get yourself out of the state of Hypnosis.
You would feel fresh and relaxed after you have finished the final
count. As you practice it, you can discover which method works best
for you.

You can practice Self-Hypnosis and improvise on it, learn more
about it from the Internet, which has a vast resource for this
subject. However it may be difficult doing it without any guidance
on your own.

How to become a Master of Hypnosis, Hypnotize yourself and others?

In less than one hour from now you’ll be able
to put a person into a genuine hypnotic trance!

In fact… In less that one hour you’ll know
more about hypnosis than most Professional Hypnotherapists!

In this second part of the article about how to raise self esteem I
would like to introduce you to a wonderful technique from the field of
Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) known as ‘The Swish.’

Using this technique you can re-program your thought process’s to move
away from the unwanted behaviour (i.e. “I am a useless person”)
towards a healthier thinking process such as, “I am learning to be
more resourceful.” It’s one of the quickest ways to re-direct your
habitual thinking patterns!

To give this process a go right now please answer the following simple
question: Think of a specific situation where you feel low-self
esteem, for example standing in a long queue or speaking in public or
asserting yourself with someone.

Become aware of the first picture you see through your own eyes just
before you feel the crappy feelings. We’ll call this the cue image.

Now put that aside for a moment and ask yourself the following, “If I
were to think of something that made me feel good how would that feel
now?”

It’s important to remember that this doesn’t need to be something
perfect. The question is, “Does it feel better than the low self
esteem feeling?” If you’re having difficulty accessing a good feeling
try the following:

Think about your favourite pet/animal.
How many things can you feel gratitude for?
What is your favourite food?
Who do you admire?
Which music turns you on?

That feels better right? So if you were to symbolise that good feeling
what would it look like? It can just be a colour if you wish!

Notice that when you look at that symbol and make it bigger and bring
it closer and crank up the colour and brightness it makes you feel
even better doesn’t it.

So the next step to re-program you mind is about to begin!

Picture that cue-image again if you will. You know the one that cued
up the crappy feelings. Bring it closer and make it bigger and
brighter.

Now in the middle place a small, postage stamp sized image of the
‘good feeling symbol.’

This is the exciting part; the actual swish.

Imagine zooming the crappy feeling cue image off into the distance,
noticing it getting smaller and dimmer as it goes off away from you.

AND at the same time bring the good feeling symbol closer and make it
bigger and brighter.

Then blank the screen. Simply imagine you’ve blanked your inner mental
screen. Some people seen a big black board or others see a white
screen.

Do the actual ’swishing’ several times until you can imagine doing it
in less than half a second.

The final steps are to break your current state: Think of something
totally different like what you ate for breakfast or do times tables
in your head.

And now think of the original cue image and notice that your feelings
have changed!

I have used a simplified version of the NLP Swish technique in this
article because the standard procedure utilises the visualising of a
desired self-image which I know can be quite challenging to achieve if
a person is feeling very low. The full step-by-step version of the
technique, along with many more tips, can be found in “The NLP
ToolBox” and “The Half-Second Rule.”

Low self esteem and it’s associated ‘victim behaviour’ have a tendency
to re-enforce themselves resulting in a person suffering with feelings
of low energy. To break out of these kinds of habitual patterns and
raise self esteem it is necessary to do something different. Anything
else to break the patterns!

The NLP Swish technique is a very effective tool for breaking out of
destructive patterns along with NLP’s many other useful change
methods.

Have you ever felt bad about yourself? Most people have at some point
in their life, including the most exceptional of characters. It’s part
of the human experience.

A person that regularly experiences negative feelings such as, self-
hate, guilt, shame and embarrassment is commonly referred to as having
low self esteem. One of the main problems with breaking out of these
emotional habit patterns is that a person with low self esteem tends
to ‘beat themselves up’ with overly critical self-talk such as, “I
shouldn’t be feeling like this” or “Why am I feeling like this”, and
unfortunately this creates a looping effect which re-enforces the
crappy feelings!

So just how do you snap out of that kind of low energy level
wretchedness and raise self esteem? Well, one of the master keys to
using your brain is to keep in mind the fact that it goes in
directions. Your thought patterns are ‘directionalised.’

Allow me to explain. If you kept having thoughts along the lines of,
“I am a useless person”, then that would become a self-fulfilling
prophecy. Because you’d set that up as the direction for your brain to
go in you would keep finding ‘evidence’ that proved it was ‘true!’
There’s a great quote from philosopher, Robert Anton Wilson; “What
ever the thinker thinks, the prover proves.”

Basically you need to adopt a new thinking pattern that heads in an
empowering direction. A really quick way to do this is to use a
technique known as disassociation.

Think of situation where you would like to raise your self esteem
feelings and notice what you can see in this experience. Now imagine
stepping outside of yourself and pushing that picture off into the
distance over there onto a movie screen. So you can see yourself, in
that situation, on the movie screen.

That’s great! Notice how your feelings have already changed. It’s as
if you’re having feelings about the feelings and this frees up your
inner resources so you can gain new self - esteeming perspectives and
insights.

Looking at that movie with you in it ask yourself, “If I were to learn
something useful about this situation what would it be?” And you can
also ask the very powerful question, “If I act as if or pretend there
is a positive intention behind my behaviour/feelings what would that
be?” Don’t struggle with it. Just guess if it helps you get an
answer. The main point is does it get your mind going in a more
positive direction: Does it feel better?

Why not run through some other scenarios with the procedure above and
become aware of just how much more you really can raise self esteem
with a little bit of effort.

In part two of this Article I will introduce you to a very powerful
technique from the field of NLP that is one of the fastest and most
effective methods of creating change.

The mind learns fast. A very powerful way to view life is to
experience everything as a learning experience. I think it
was Dr. Richard Bandler (co-creator of NLP) who first made
me realise that Phobias are in fact a learned response. The
mind of the Phobic has learned to associate a stimulus (eg a
Wasp) to a response (eg Panic!)
The more you ponder this idea the more profound you will
realise the implications.
And here’s the deal. Does a person develop a phobia of wasps
over time? You know, do they see a wasp one day and then the
next week they see another and decide they don’t like them
and get more and more afraid of them?
No. Phobias are ‘learned’ very, very fast. Out of
consciousness, in less than half a second!
They have an intense emotional response which becomes
associated/anchored to the stimulus in such a way that that
state is AUTOMATICALLY triggered whenever they
see/hear/feel/smell/taste the stimulus again!
This is incredible! The persons mind will from then on
automatically go into a very altered state, within half a
second of experiencing the stimulus.
Now I think you’d agree, phobias aren’t exactly useful,
right?
But, what if you could use that same Stimulus/Response
mechanism to create automatic states of Joy, Ecstasy, Fun
and Bliss.
Would that be useful to you in any area of you life?

Now for sure they are many other ways of creating effective
change. Some methods use different concepts and are slower
to implement. With this article I wanted to introduce you
to the half-second rule concepts because they are less well
known than other “change-technologies” and they lend
themselves well to generating more fun because they are
playful by design.
The following technique is a really fascinating NLP tool
because it makes great use of your unconscious resources.
I only discovered it recently and was surprised to learn
that many ‘NLP veterans’ didn’t know about it either!
Merging Metaphors
(Adapted from a technique called ‘Spinning Icons’ developed
by Joe Munshaw and Nelson Zink.)
1. Select a problem state.
2. As you think about your problem state what visual image
comes to mind? Notice where it is located in space.
3. Break your current state: eg) Remember you phone number
backwards or look up and notice the patterns on the ceiling.
Now think about the desired resource state (or outcome, or
goal) you would like instead. Notice how you represent this
as a visual image. Pay attention to where it is located in
space.
4. Now allow your mind to turn the first picture (problem
state) into a metaphorical symbol or icon. Keep it in the
same location in space. (This visual metaphor could be quite
complex or it may be as simple as a colour. Just trust your
unconscious.)
TOP TIP: It can be useful to ask yourself, “What is this
problem state like?” This often allows a metaphorical
representation to arise.
5. Do the same thing with the desired resource state you
selected in step 3, making sure to place the new metaphor
symbol in the same location in space as the original image.
6. Now see the two metaphor symbols at the same time
noticing their locations in space. Next slowly rotate them
around each other. Keep rotating them around each other and
do so faster and faster. Do this spinning for about 10
seconds allowing the rotation to be so fast that you can no
longer track the images and you may even feel a little
confused.
7. Now allow the images to merge together, that’s right. And
push this merged image out in front of you where you can
view it easily. Describe the new image briefly, quickly
moving to step 8.
8. Immediately begin telling WHATEVER story comes to mind.
Just allow yourself to start telling a story. It doesn’t
matter what it is. It could be a real memory, a story or
just simply made up ramblings. The point being is that this
process taps into your vast unconscious resources.
9. Now ask yourself, “How is this story relevant to my
problem/challenge?” or “How can this story help resolve my
problem?” (This step can help to give you conscious insight
into how the previous steps have made some useful changes.)

Isn’t that a great technique! You know it’s got that
magical spirit of curious wonder to it hasn’t it?
So I wonder how else could you use a tool like that to
add more magical sparkles to your life?
